The newly completed Digital Manufacturing and Industrial Internet Global headquarters of Mino is located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, covering an area of 30,962 square meters, integrating functions such as transparent factory, headquarters office building, conference center, product research and development, innovation incubation, etc. It will become a modern intelligent demonstration green construction three-star ecological park, creating a better working and living environment for employees.

 公司致力于产品研发、生产工具、运营管理、商业模式等四大领域创新，已获得自主知识产权758项，其中国内/国际发明专利297项，软件著作权164件，有十多项革命性的核心技术为全球首创，在数字化制造解决方案领域处于国际领先地位。（截至2022年6月）

 明珞装备的成就得到了总书记的肯定，2018年10月24日，习近平总书记亲临明珞装备视察，并提出了“中小企业能办大事”的赞语和期许。

The achievements of Mino Equipment have been affirmed by the General secretary, on October 24, 2018, the General Secretary Xi visited Mino equipment in person, and put forward the praise and expectation that "small and medium-sized enterprises can do great things".

 服务客户包括：奔驰/宝马/大众/丰田等全球头部整车客户及全球头部新能源及一般工业客户。随着全球业务不断开拓，目前已遍布美国/墨西哥/德国/日本/泰国/南非/波兰/阿根廷/马来西亚/塞尔维亚/斯洛伐克等地，2021年以来明珞国际业务占比达70%以上。

Service customers include: Mercedes-Benz/BMW/Volkswagen/Toyota and other global leading vehicle customers and global leading new energy and general industrial customers. With the continuous development of global business, Mino has now spread across the United States/Mexico/Germany/Japan/Thailand/South Africa/Poland/Argentina/Malaysia/Serbia/Slovakia and other places, accounting for more than 70% of the international business since 2021.

二、招聘需求 Recruitment Requirement

1. 招聘目的：核心岗位人才储备；

Recruitment purpose: core position talent reserve;

2. 招聘岗位：技术管理培训生;

Position: Technical management trainee;

3. 面向群体：2023届或2024届外籍留德赢新版app，本科或以上学历；

For whom: Foreign students who graduated in 2023 or 2024, bachelor degree or above;

4. 需求专业：机械、电气、自动化、焊接技术与工程等工科类相关专业；

Required Major: Major inMechanical, Electrical, Automation, Welding technology and engineering or relevant engineer major;

5. 岗位职责JD：
   参与汽车自动化焊接生产线、汽车零部件自动化生产线、新能源电池自动化生产线的规划、设计、自动化控制等相关工作；

Participate in the planning, design and automation control of automobile automatic welding production line, automobile parts automatic production line and new energy battery automatic production line;

6. 任职资格 Requirement：
   1）有志于在智能制造领域长期发展；

Interested in long-term development in the field of intelligent manufacturing;
2）吃苦耐劳，较强的时间管理和工作计划能力，良好的沟通协调能力；

Hard-working, strong time management and work planning skills, good communication and coordination skills;
3）能承担一定的工作压力以及加班，能够接受海外差旅；

Able to work under pressure and overtime, able to accept overseas travel;
4）英语口语流利，中文能简单交流。

Fluent in spoken English and able to communicate easily in Chinese.

7. 工作地点：广州

Work Location: Guangzhou.

8. 发展路径：工程师→工程师leader→技术经理/项目经理

Career development path: Engineer → Engineer leader→ Technical manager/Project manager.
