报告摘要:
Kronecker’s theorems are fundamental in the theory of Diophantine approximations. Let us consider the Diophantine approximation by d linear forms on n-dimensional Euclidean space. From dynamical point of view, Kronecker’s theorems are nothing but the descriptions of the orbits of these flows. We can obtain a unique ergodic decomposition for such flows. Actually it is possible to find a necessary and sufficient condition for the unique ergodicity of general amenable group actions on a compact space. Fourier analysis is involved in our proof of Kronecker theorem. This proof seems simpler than existing ones.

范爱华教授为法国Picardie大学特级教授。师从法国科土耳其里拉兑换人民币院士Kahane教授,曾先后入选国家杰青(B类)等多项国家级人才计划。其研究领域涉及几何测度论、调和分析、概率论与随机过程、动力系统与遍历理论,p-进分析与p-进算术动力系统等; 发表学术论文120余篇。
