On September 14, the “SCUT-HSBC FinTech Talent Program” launching ceremony was held by HSBC Technology China and SCUT. This three year program will help develop the financial technology industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, and aims to train future leaders and experts who have both financial knowledge and technological strength. Participants included Deputy Secretary of the CPC SCUT Committee Tao Shaojing, HSBC Innovation Technology and Strategy Investment Global Director Frank Tong, HSBC Technology China COO Yang Weikai, and Business Financial IT Director Ma Guodong.
